Pioneer Roofing collects the name, email, property address and phone number you submit to prepare and deliver your requested storm report. Reports and delivery status are stored with your request.

Weather and geocoding services receive the address or coordinates needed for the lookup. Our email workflow, including Zapier and the connected email service when configured, receives your contact details and report to deliver it.

When you sign in with ChatGPT, saved locations, reports and storm alerts are linked to your Site account. Monitoring uses your saved coordinates to check nearby reports. Enabling monitoring consents to storm notifications to your verified account email and to Pioneer Roofing for service follow-up. You can pause monitoring or delete a location and its reports from the dashboard.

Inspection follow-up and promotional messages are separate optional choices. Requesting a report does not require opting into promotions.
